               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Mobile Maintenance Technician<BR><BR>National Facilities Management firm has an immediate opening for a Maintenance/Utility person in the Tacoma area, providing general maintenance services to client owned commercial buildings.<BR><BR>Requirements and Duties:<BR>Ability to perform: painting/sheetrock repair, light carpentry, flooring repair, lighting maintenance, minor furniture repair and general cleaning.<BR>Ability to work with multiple client representatives.<BR>Assist in the implementation and completion of service requests, and other assigned duties to efficiently handle client business needs.<BR>Report daily, weekly,  or as needed to Supervisor on operational or client issues while working to ensure compliance with company and client standards.<BR>Service vehicle and tools provided. Must have good driving record.<BR>Background check, drug screening and Motor Vehicle record check required.<BR>Covering 40-60 locations. Some overnight travel to the Port Angeles area.<BR><BR>Education/Experience:<BR><BR>H.S. Diploma or GED.<BR>2-5 years Service experience<BR><BR>Compensation:<BR>Full time<BR>Vehicle, uniforms and tools provided<BR>Complete benefits package.<BR>Starting at $17-18 per hour plus some over time.</font></td>
