               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Minimum Qualifications:  *18 years of age or older for safety of clients and employees  * High school degree or equivalent  * Satisfactory criminal history check and drug screening, meeting the Oregon Administrative Rule and company policy requirements  * Valid driver's license and a good driving record, meeting company insurance requirements (may be driving patients to appointments).   * Must be able to frequently drive a personal and/or company vehicle locally and/or regionally.     Summary:  Full-time and part-time positions are available in a variety of work shifts. The Certified Support Provider (CSP) directly serves our clientele, providing care, support and skills-training to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges. Basic job duties may include cooking, house cleaning, skills training at home and/or in the community, basic hygiene care, medication administration if needed, assisting with activities of daily living, following an Individual Support Plan (ISP), transportation of clients (approved drivers only), social skills training, and integration into the community. No previous experience is required. For seriously considered applicants, we provide all necessary training and certifications for free! Training takes four full days and includes certifications that are useful anywhere like American Red Cross CPR and First Aid.    Hours:  1 opening for Sunday - Tuesday, 40 hour shift. (Graveyard)  1 opening for Thursday - Saturday, 30 hour shift.
