This Specialist also provides support to end users. <BR><BR>NOTE: The working hours for this position are 11:30am - 8:00pm, Monday - Friday.  You must also be available to work after these hours if issues still need to be resolved.<BR><BR><b>Qualifications</b><BR><BR><b>Education:</b> Associate Degree in Computer Science, or any combination of experience and training which provides knowledge, skills and abilities sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.<BR><BR><b>Experience:</b> Recent degree or training in computer operations.  Computer work experience preferred.<BR><BR><b>Licenses/Certificates/Registration:</b> None.<BR><BR><b>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: </b><BR><BR><b>Knowledge of:</b> hardware and software troubleshooting techniques and various software applications.<BR><b>Skills in:</b> documenting processes and procedures, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff at all corporate levels, communication both oral and written sufficient to exchange or convey information, receiving direction, and analyzing and resolving system problems.<BR><b>Ability to:</b> prioritize tasks, assess problems and develop effective solutions without close supervision, work with difficult people in a positive and pleasant manner, and use good listening skills.<BR><BR><b>About Us</b><BR>Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) is the largest community health center in the Pacific Northwest.
