               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Responsible for maintaining compliance with the Sate Compact, NIGC, and TGC controls and stipulations for the accounting process and management of the Casino financial reports and records. Monitor the process of the financial accounting and supervision of the Controller, Cage Manager, Systems Administrator and Executive Assistant.<BR><BR>Generally oversees the organization, procedures, and operation of the Finance Department personnel.<BR>Monitors and updates internal control as needed to remain in compliance with Tribal Minimum Internal Controls.<BR>Maintain the policies and procedures for the department functions to remain in compliance.<BR>Overall responsibility for the designs, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of accounting financial management budgeting and reporting systems.<BR>Keeps complete set of records of casino financial transactions as required in the Tribal-State Compact.<BR>Operates and maintains computer-based accounting system.<BR>Reviews for accuracy the monthly financial reports and trail balances.<BR>Reviews financial needs and makes recommendations and forecasts for Casino financial resources.<BR>Participate in both short and long-term strategic planning as a part of Casino Executive Management team<BR>Institutes a program of ongoing training and development of staff especially for potential supervisors and managers of the department.<BR>Provides direction and timely counseling of staff as needed.<BR>Directly supervises the Cage Manager.<BR>Performs other job related duties as assigned.       <BR> <BR>Requirements<BR>GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED<BR><BR>  College degree with a Bachelor?s degree in accounting.    Tribal Gaming experience preferred.
