               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Corporate Pharmacy Operations is currently in search of an experienced Pharmacy Technician to become part of our operations team.<BR><BR>The selected individual will have the opportunity to participate in planning and implementing pharmacy improvement initiatives throughout our clinic network. The ideal candidate is willing to learn and teach others, demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude with a patient centered approach to customer service. He or she must also have the ability to adapt to different working environments quickly and efficiently. Approximately 80% of the time this individual can expect to work in one of our pharmacies located in the Yakima Valley (Yakima, Toppenish or Grandview, WA). Occasional travel to outlying sites (Walla Walla or Spokane, WA and Woodburn, OR) also required. Current licensing as a Pharmacy Tech req’d. Apply today!<BR><BR><b>Qualifications</b><BR><BR><b>Education:</b><BR>High School Diploma or GED.<BR><BR><b>Experience:</b><BR>Experience working in a health care setting.<BR><BR><b>Licenses/Certificates/Registration:</b><BR>WASHINGTON-Pharmacy Technician state license or a Pharmacy Assistant (with a valid Washington State Pharmacy Assistant license) who is currently participating in an eligible Technician Training Program. Pharmacy Technicians may not have any convictions of violation of any laws related to drugs or the practice of pharmacy (as outlined in state and federal regulations). OREGON- Oregon State Pharmacy Technician license (1 year only, non-renewable) for employees who have never been licensed in Oregon as a Pharmacy Technician and do not have their National Certification, or their license lapsed prior to September 30, 2006. All pharmacy technicians must become nationally certified one year after initial licensure or before the licensee’s 19th birthday, whichever is later (Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician).<BR><BR><b>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:</b><BR>Knowledge of medical terminology. Clerical skills. For the Woodburn clinic only, Bilingual in English/Spanish with a demonstrated ability to communicate at level 9 on the ALTA language proficiency scale.<BR><BR>*This position is designated as a corporate float. The selected candidate may be assigned to work at any YVFWC pharmacy to include Yakima, Toppenish, Grandview, Walla Walla & Spokane, WA. It will also include Woodburn, OR in the near future.
