Make necessary repairs or recondition components. Plan, organize and control job costs. Accurately preparer service reports, time cares and required paperwork in a timely manner. Use CAT SIS, manuals and parts order systems. <BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>Basic PC skills, CAT diagnostic equipment, precision measuring equipment, overhead cranes and rigging equipment, tools of the trade and load banking. 2-4 years diesel tech degree, 2-3 years experience with power generation equipment. EPG control panel wiring experience required. Licensed 01 or 07 preferred. Must have and maintain valid state drivers license. Ability to travel as needed to fulfill functions and objectives of this position. Must be able to meet physical requirements of position. Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have attention to detail and be deadline oriented.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Title: Technician A/B/C<BR><BR>Department: Service<BR><BR>Requisition Number: FMP 02-12<BR>Location: Fife, WA <BR>Duties: <BR>Trouble shoot and repair CAT and Allied equipment. Use special tools and measuring equipment such as torques wrenches, pullers, air and electrical tools, slings, cables, jacks, micrometers, calipers, hydraulic and mechanical presses, hoists, cranes, and pressure washers. Work in shop or field. Operate variety of equipment safely, run thru the paces. <BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>CAT diagnostic equipment, precision measuring equipment, overhead cranes, basic PC skills, valid state drivers license, forklift and welding equipment desired. 2-4 years diesel tech degree or equivalent hands on experience. 2-4 years hands on work experience , preferably with CAT or Allied equipment. Must have a self starting yes attitude in support of the rental operation. Must be able to follow logical troubleshooting procedures. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to follow verbal instructions. Must be able to meet physical requirements of position. Must be able to work safely and be able to complete paperwork timely and accurately.</font></td>
