               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">This is a peer position, meaning that eligible candidate is a paraprofessional who is a consumer of mental health services (or a parent of a child receiving mental health services) who receives training and supervision by a mental health professional, and provides support to peers all according to the King County Standards for Peer Support Services.<BR><BR>Part time (20 hours per week) with partial benefits (Tukwila).  Supports and provides job coaching and supportive services to clients.  Works with the client during trial work experience and regular employment, will work with the client to assist them develop appropriate work skills on their assigned job with gradual reductions in assistance as the client becomes more competent performing their duties.  Primary duty/role of this position is benefit planning for clients in Supported Employment.  Related experience required.  AA degree, computer proficiency and/or Certified Peer Counselor preferred.  Good communication skills important.  WDL with excellent driving record necessary.<BR>Salary = DOQ.<BR>Send letter of interest, resume and salary history to:  Sound Mental Health, Attn: Janet Arthur, Job #12-111, 1600 E.
