<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">National Intermodal Industry and has an immediate need for a full-time Truck Mechanic for their Tukwila location.<BR><BR><B>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Work for company that has facilities across the country, they offer a fully integrated intermodal operation solution by providing trucking, intermodal terminal management and maintenance from a single source. Will diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul trucks and semi trailers. Will perform repairs on both diesel and gas trucks. Performs oil changes, miscellaneous engine repairs and preventive maintenance. Conducts inspections on vehicles. Miscellaneous welding projects as part of the repair process. Other duties as assigned.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>~High school diploma or GED.<BR>~Must have valid Washington State Driver's License in order to move vehicles around as necessary.<BR>~Must have five (5) years experience in the truck and trailer field.<BR>~Must have working knowledge of all types of truck engines, transmissions, clutches, and rear brake systems to perform repairs on own. <BR>~Must provide own tools for trade.<BR>~Must be willing to work with little or no supervision.<BR>~Good computer skills.<BR>~Good verbal and written communications skills.<BR>~Willingness to work outdoors during inclement weather.<BR>~Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.<BR>~Must be able to work with little or no supervision.<BR>~Must provide a clean driver's abstract at the time of interview.<BR>~Must pass background check spanning the last ten years relating to the job duties.<BR>~Must pass drug screen.<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b> <BR>~Honorably discharged veterans, widows/widowers, or spouse of honorably discharged veterans who have service connected permanent and total disability are encouraged to apply.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Full-time 40 hours, varied shifts are available. <BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>All opportunities with a job ID number beginning with WA posted in King County on Go2WorkSource.com guarantee at least the State Of Washington minimum wage unless otherwise stated.
