Since then we have grown into a nationwide industry leader.<BR><BR>With facilities across the country, they offer a fully integrated intermodal operation solution by providing trucking, intermodal terminal management and maintenance from a single source.<BR><BR><B>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>-Will diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul trucks and semi trailers. <BR>-Will perform repairs on both diesel and gas trucks.<BR>-Performs oil changes, miscellaneous engine repairs and preventive maintenance.<BR>-Conducts inspections on vehicles.<BR>-Miscellaneous welding projects as part of the repair process.  <BR>-Other duties as assigned.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR><U>WorkSource will refer applicants to the employer who meet the following qualifications.  These qualifications must be addressed specifically in the application materials.</U><BR>-High school diploma or GED.<BR>-Must have valid Washington State Driver's License in order to move vehicles around as necessary.<BR>-Must have five (5) years experience in the truck and trailer field.<BR>-Must have working knowledge of all types of truck engines, transmissions, clutches, and rear brake systems to perform repairs on own.  <BR>-Must provide own tools for trade.<BR>-Must be willing to work with little or no supervision.<BR>-Good computer skills.<BR>-Good verbal and written communications skills.<BR><BR><U>In addition, the employer will provide further screening for the following:</U><BR>-Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.<BR>-Willingness to work outdoors during inclement weather.<BR>-Ability to lift and manipulae heavy objects.<BR>-Must be able to work with little or no supervision.<BR>-Must provide a clean driver's abstract at the time of interview.<BR>-Employer will require a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>-This is a  full time opening.<BR>-Varied shifts are available.   <BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>-Competitive starting salary based on experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.<BR>-Full time benefits.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>Open until filled or when advised by employer.  Employer has an immediate need to fill.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>For a referral to this position, contact your nearest WorkSource office with this job order number.  A company application is required to apply for this position.  This document must specifically address all qualifications required.   <BR></font></td>
