               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Tire Sales & Service Technician  -- <BR>JOB DESCRIPTION:  Will interact with customers, fix flat tires, rotate tires, replace tires, etc.    Will work in a very fast paced environment, providing quality customer service & sales assistance to customers.    Fast paced, physical work.  <BR><BR>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  <BR>WorkSource will only refer applicants to the employer who meet the following qualifications:<BR>  *  Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License, and reliable transportation.<BR>  *  Must have a high school diploma or GED.  <BR>  *  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.<BR>  *  Must be 18 years of age or older, to work with the tire machines. <BR>In addition, be prepared to demonstrate the following qualifications to the employer:<BR>  *  Must submit to & pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug test, and credit check.  <BR>  *  Must be hard working, be willing to learn, be dependable, be motivated, and work well with people.    <BR>  *  Must have excellent customer service skills.  <BR>  *  Must have a great attitude.  <BR>  *  Must be a team player.  <BR>  *  Must meet the employer's grooming standards.<BR>  *  Manual dexterity is required.  <BR><BR>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  Full-time work, lasting two to three months.     Work schedule is Monday thru Saturday (with Sunday & one weekday off).<BR><BR>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  Rate of pay is $10.90 to $17.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.<BR><BR>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:  Open until filled.  <BR><BR>HOW TO APPLY:  Contact WorkSource for instructions on how to apply.  (Applicants that do not follow through with the instructions provided -- including incomplete applications -- may not be considered for the position.)</font></td>
