<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>MAINTENANCE MECHANIC</b><BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Perform scheduled maintenance to keep equipment operating properly and safely minimizing downtime<BR>* Inspect and adjust all systems on a daily basis.<BR>* Communicate parts and material needs, job status, project status to appropriate supervisory personnel in a timely manner.<BR>* Responsible for ensuring safe operation of equipment.<BR>* Perform preventative maintenance to manufacturers specifications.<BR>* Report all unsafe conditions.<BR>* Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all company personnel.<BR>* Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b><BR>* High School Diploma or GED<BR>* Valid Washington drivers license<BR>* Equipment Maintenance experience<BR>* Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems and all related engineering disciplines<BR>* Must be familiar with 240 and 480 volt systems<BR>* Must be able to diagnose problems and replace electrical components such as switches, contractors, and power supplies<BR>* Clear understanding of AC & DC motor control systems, pneumatic control systems and PLCs with ladder logic, electrical troubleshooting skills<BR>* Ability to design and fabricate manufacturing equipment using Bridgeport milling machine lathe, surface grinder<BR>* Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills, be self-motivated and a self-starter, with personable and excellent organizational skills. <BR>* Must be detail-oriented and have problem-solving skills<BR>* Must also have demonstrated ability to deal with all other staff<BR>* Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person; complete required paperwork<BR>* Must be able to lift/carry/push materials up to 80 lbs.; prolonged periods of standing walking on concrete plant floor; Must be able to stoop, twist, turn, and reach on a frequent basis; Move about the plant and offices<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>* Maintenance/Engineering Certification<BR>* Two years Preventative Maintenance experience<BR>* Familiarity with schematics & knowledge of servo & stepper motors a plus<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: </b><BR>Full-time position<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: </b><BR>Wage will depend on experience and qualifications<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>The recruitment period will remain active until filled, expired, or at the direction of the employer.
