               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Sr. Sales Support Specialists will help achieve Company's sales and marketing plans in partnership with key Sales and Marketing staff. This person is to provide support and guidance for specific accounts, mainly in Latin America.<BR>• Manages overall process of order logistics and sales support by processing and managing orders and returns, performing account inventory analysis and accessing account credit limits.<BR>• Develops relationships with account planners and buyers including assisting with setting up and transitioning products at partner accounts, assisting in closing sales, updating account contact records and communication activity within the Company's contact management program and other support tasks for account managers.<BR>• Creation and processing Purchase Requisitions.<BR>• Support the growth of key accounts by identifying opportunities and supporting the needs of key sales staff<BR>• Review, analyze, report key operational trends to management and make recommendations for improvement.<BR>• Manages the relationships between key accounts and the Accounting Dept. to resolve credit issues in a timely and effective basis.<BR>• Coordinates activities between key sales staff and outside vendors.<BR>• Effectively uses the available internal resources available in marketing, technical support and sales support to meet sales goals and also contribute to process improvements of these systems.<BR>• Manage escalations and engage necessary resources to expedite resolution of customer complaints and problems.<BR>• Maintain coherent understanding and assist with execution of the sales goals.<BR>• Supports sales analysis process by managing the collection and analysis of key account sell-through data.<BR>• Assist with the establishment, maintenance and achievement of Channel Account forecasts, budgets, and plans in partnership with the Channel Sales Manager and Director.<BR>• Support the development of in-store merchandising and re-seller staff training programs to accomplish sales goals.<BR>Job Requirements<BR>• The Senior Sales Support Specialist should have professional working proficiency in Spanish and English, possess at least an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. <BR>• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years previous key account sales or support experience in a high tech related company.<BR>• Experience with distribution channels and major account organizational infrastructures required. <BR>• Experience with 3rd party agency (sales and service) preferred. <BR>• This person will be able to demonstrate computer literacy, personable communication skills, be results oriented, have strong organizational skills and effective written reporting skills.<BR>• Proficient in the operations of EDI, CRM, SAP and MS Office Applications. <BR>• Able to perform a variety of complicated tasks simultaneously.</font></td>
