               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION: </b><BR>* This position is located in Washougal, WA and is for a local property management group that performs building maintenance on multiple properties such as apartments, homes, and duplexes<BR>* Will be working at multiple job sites<BR>* Replace sub-floors, replace vinyl flooring and replace countertops<BR>* Wall board repair, interior painting, replace dry-rot and siding<BR>* Basic electrical repairs such as changing outlets, finding shorts and replacing bulbs<BR>* Basic plumbing repairs such as unplugging toilets and sewer lines<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS :</b> <BR><i>Your resume must be targeted to the job description and requirements. </i><BR>* Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of prior building maintenance experience performing listed duties<BR>* Valid drivers license and use of daily transportation needed to get to multiple job sites<BR>* Must have own electric drill, hammer and screw driver-basic maintenance tools<BR>* Demonstrated knowledge and experience using a volt meter<BR>* Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen administered by employer<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :</b> <BR>* Knowledge of plumbing practices valuable<BR>* Knowledge of furnace operations highly valuable<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: </b> <BR>* Full time <BR>* Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm OR 7:30am to 4:30pm<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: </b> <BR>* $10.00 per hour to start and up to $12.00 per hour after 90 days<BR>* Benefits available <BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE: </b><BR>* Open until filled or at the direction of the employer<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL: </b>  <BR>* <b>Dress appropriately for an interview</b><BR>* Contact your nearest WorkSource Office in person.  Reference the job identification number listed above (begins with WA)<BR>* This employer has requested that WorkSource review applicants for qualifications<BR>* <b>WorkSource will submit qualified applicants name/materials directly to employer for consideration</b><BR>* It is up to the employers discretion to contact desired applicants<BR>* Employment Specialists are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at WorkSource Vancouver; 5411 E.
