This will require off shift hours as part of normal hours for candidate.<BR>**Candidate will be required to know Cisco switch platforms to include 7609, 9000 and 10000 switch/routers and associated commands to troubleshoot layer 1 to layer 4 type issues.<BR>**Candidate will be required to have a good to expert level understanding of 802.1Q through core and aggregation devises, including 802.1ad Q-n-Q tagging.<BR>**Very good opportunity of possible contract to hire after 3-6 month contract<BR><BR>Qualified candidates please send an MS Word version of your resume to thomas.wirfs@adeccona.com or call Thomas Wirfs at (503) 535-2585<BR><BR>Job Requirements include<BR><BR>Must be fluent with QoS and CoS for prioritize traffic and how this relates to VoIP in Client?s National Network.<BR>In addition, must be fluent in trouble shooting IP routing issues throughout the greater Internet with customers on a global basis.<BR>Candidate will be expected to have very good customer facing skills; will be interfacing with customers on a daily basis on a wide range of troubles from basic DSL/ADSL type connectivity issues to Synchronous Ethernet based connections across a WAN/LAN infrastructure.<BR>This will require candidate to supply real time and timely updates to customers, agents or managers on trouble tickets the candidate will be working.<BR>Candidate will be responsible for ticket loads and taking calls from an ACD system.<BR>Candidate will be measured on metrics to meet monthly and yearly ticket/call loads averages for the group?s mean time to repair and grade of service (mean time to answer calls).<BR><BR>Other<BR><BR>-Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States<BR>-This is a contract position with our client<BR>-Must be able to work directly for Adecco as a W-2 hourly employee<BR>- (NO Third party candidates No Subcontracting NO Corp-to-Corp NO Visa Sponsorships)<BR>-Drug, background and employment verification required<BR>-Yo                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
