               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION: </b><BR>* This position is located in Vancouver, WA and is for and employer that designs and manufactures optical encoders, inclinometers & motion control components<BR>* Effectively understand, assess and take personal ownership to resolve a wide variety of product/technical questions<BR>* ISO documentation for engineering and CS functions<BR>* Assign part numbers<BR>* Documentation using EPDM<BR>* Work with customers/engineers to determine and document requirements for special media such as disks<BR>* Troubleshoot any potential problems with custom media implementation<BR>* Generate custom disk quotations based on customer information<BR>* Occasionally process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently<BR>* Support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, identify forecast needs and gather market intelligence<BR>* Accept coaching and feedback<BR>* Troubleshoot returned items to identify root cause of failure<BR>* Provide technical support to internal end users<BR>* Provide various marketing functions; quote follow up, forecasting, surveys and market analysis<BR>* Identify product options and up selling of support products<BR>* Complete clerical tasks such as scanning, copying and database maintenance<BR>* Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution<BR>* Successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to articulate complex issues in an easy to understand manner, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work under pressure, can prioritize tasks, maintain a positive and cooperative attitude, and be able to stay patient and calm with customers who may be upset and/or confrontational<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS :</b> <BR><i>Your resume must be targeted to the job description and requirements. </i><BR>* High school diploma/GED<BR>* One to three years of experience in a related field<BR>* Demonstrated knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering concepts<BR>* Proficiency with Windows Office products to include Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook and PowerPoint<BR>* Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen administered by employer<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: </b><BR>* Fluency in other foreign language is a plus<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: </b> <BR>* Full time <BR>* Schedule to be determined<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: </b> <BR>* Salary is commensurate and competitive with skills and experience<BR>* Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, and vacation<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE: </b><BR>* Open until filled or at the direction of the employer<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL: </b>  <BR>* <b>Dress appropriately for an interview</b><BR>* Contact your nearest WorkSource Office in person.  Reference the job identification number listed above (begins with WA)<BR>* This employer has requested that WorkSource review applicants for qualifications<BR>* <b>WorkSource will submit qualified applicants name/materials directly to employer for consideration</b><BR>* It is up to the employers discretion to contact desired applicants<BR>* Employment Specialists are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at WorkSource Vancouver; 5411 E.
