               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Overall job description:<BR>Provide customer support on behalf of manufacturers to distribution, contractors, engineers, consultants, and end-users.<BR><BR>Specific job duties:<BR>• Work with distribution and manufacturing to submit quote requests.  Learn and proficiently utilize online manufacturer quote interfaces.<BR>• Communicate with OSS for guidance in processing quote requests.<BR>• Field industry related day-to-day email requests.<BR>• Provide technical support or refer to resources for technical issues.<BR>• Sample requisition from manufacturers.<BR>• Maintain quote history file in Outlook.<BR>• Promote product lines in day-to-day business.<BR>• Field industry related day-to-day phone calls.<BR>• Other duties related to insides sales/customer support as requested by the company.</font></td>
