               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for revenue generation/value creation by following up with customer inquiries in conjunction with making outgoing calls focusing on lead generation and development, area blitzes, and occasionally working in conjunction with marketing on specific inbound/outbound product or region focused campaigns. We are seeking highly energetic and motivated self-starters. The Inside Sales Organization is a rapidly growing department focusing on small to medium business accounts which will be selected to receive ongoing account management via telephone. The Inside Sales Representative will build contacts with customers and be regularly available and responsive to their interpersonal and business needs.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Work on new sales planning consisting of a standard pre-packaged solution focus requiring corporate scope.<BR>Demonstrate basic knowledge of the organization's entire product line.<BR>Qualify, engage appropriate technical resources, build solution, propose and close opportunities.<BR>Sell in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture.<BR>Implement plans and actions and contributes to the strategic plan.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Required Skills/Competencies:<BR><BR>3+ years of sales experience required. Inside business-to-business sales experience is strongly preferred.<BR>Strong preference to candidates with telecommunications or technology inside sales experience.<BR>Demonstrated, proven success and commitment to lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation and closing customers.<BR>Professional-level written and verbal communication skills, including effective telephone skills.<BR>Skills and ability to quickly learn and support EarthLink's business product portfolio.<BR>Working knowledge and understanding of voice and data products and/or IT and cloud services is preferred.<BR>Possess a strong knowledge of value proposition, solutions, and technologies.<BR>Ability to thrive in a highly competitive sales environment.<BR>Strong PC skills, including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.<BR>Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>If interested, please apply online at http://track.tmpservice.com/ApplyClick.aspx?id=1625147-1867-5749</font></td>
