<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION: </b><BR>* This position is located in Portland, OR and this employer is an international leading supplier of transportation equipment and services to the railroad industry<BR>* Direct marketing/sales activities of products and/or services<BR>* Assist in the development of short and long range objectives and recommends goals to higher management<BR>* Maintain key marketing/sales contacts<BR>* Assist in the formulation of advertising campaigns, publicity releases and promotional activities<BR>* Organize and prioritize responsibilities by creating and executing a plan to meet objectives and deadlines<BR>* Planning and project performance, addressing cost, schedule and technical quality<BR>* Sell company capabilities to Marine and Offshore industries including equipment, services and repairs<BR>* Review quotations and cost estimates and strategizing to ensure bids are comprehensively estimated and submitted as per client requirements<BR>* Identify, assess and manage risks relating to the contracts<BR>* Successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess financial proficiency, have good work ethic, be enthusiastic, and possess strong interpersonal skills<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS :</b> <BR><i>Your resume must be targeted to the job description and requirements. </i><BR>* Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in marine/offshore/maritime industries<BR>* Demonstrated thorough understanding of business development and marketing practices and strategies<BR>* Demonstrated familiarity with ABS rules and USCG regulations<BR>* Demonstrated knowledge of shipyard/naval architectural/marine engineering consulting firms<BR>* Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen administered by employer<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: </b> <BR>* Full time <BR>* Schedule to be determined<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: </b> <BR>* Salary is commensurate and competitive with skills and experience<BR>* Benefits include 401k, AD&D, dental, education assistance, stock purchase plan, medical, LTD, sick leave, STD, vacation, and vision<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE: </b><BR>* Open until filled or at the direction of the employer<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL: </b> <BR>* Contact your nearest WorkSource Office in person.
