               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION: </b><BR>* This position is located in Portland, OR and is for a local wheel repair company<BR>* This employer is the leading provider of complete alloy wheel repair for auto dealerships, collision shops, tire stores, major insurance companies and retail customers<BR>* Operate out of a mobile reconditioning facility and service car dealerships, used car lots, collision shops, tire stores, auto auctions, and car rental agencies that are in need of cosmetic wheel repair and straightening<BR>* The typical repair takes about one hour and the results are guaranteed<BR>* The successful candidate will need to be mechanically inclined and have great people skills, and want to combine current skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to grow with the company<BR>* Remove and install tire/wheel assemblies<BR>* Clean tire and wheel assemblies<BR>* Break tire beads<BR>* Repair preparation including taping, sanding and polishing<BR>* Clean mobile reconditioning workshop and equipment<BR>* Travel to pick up or deliver wheels, tools and supplies<BR>* Describe services to potential customers<BR>* Collect payments for services<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: </b> <BR>* Full time, days<BR>* Monday through Friday<BR>* 8am to 5pm<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS :</b> <BR><i>Your resume must be targeted to the job description and requirements. </i><BR>* High school diploma/GED<BR>* Ability to lift up to 55 pounds<BR>* Must be able to drive a stick shift vehicle<BR>* Valid driver license and a good driving record needed to operate mobile unit-clean record for last 3 years-no moving violations<BR>* Employer will train the right candidate<BR>* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check administered by employer<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: </b><BR>* This employer prefers to hire those over the age of 21 due to insurance purposes<BR>* Ability to back and drive a pick up truck/trailer a plus<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: </b> <BR>* $10.00 to $12.00 per hour while training DOE<BR>* Base plus generous commission after training period<BR>* No benefits<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE: </b><BR>* Open until filled or at discretion of employer<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY: </b>  <BR>* Contact your nearest WorkSource Office in person.  Reference the job identification number listed above (begins with WA)<BR>* This employer has requested that WorkSource review applicants for qualifications<BR>* <b>WorkSource will submit qualified applicants name/materials directly to employer for consideration</b><BR>* It is up to the employers discretion to contact desired applicants<BR>* Employment Specialists are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at WorkSource Vancouver; 5411 E.
