Spa Nordstrom services include skin care and Ayurvedic treatments, hydrotherapy, massage and hand and foot care.<BR><BR>The ideal nail technician is personable, meticulous and committed to providing our clients a soothing spa experience.<BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR><BR>* Greet clients and provide a thorough consultation of individual needs<BR>* Provide professional nail services, including, but not limited to, manicures, pedicures, regenerative hand treatments and paraffin wax services<BR>* Maintain a smooth flow of services for clients booked with multiple technicians<BR>* Provide extra services, including foot soaks and refreshments<BR>* Suggest retail products to clients<BR>* Achieve service and retail sales goals<BR>* Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on services, suggest new products and services, and invite them to upcoming events<BR>* Consistently seek new product knowledge to drive sales and service<BR>* Open new Nordstrom Fashion Rewards accounts as a means of building customer relationships<BR>Qualifications<BR>* Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive professional nail techniques required; previous salon/spa experience preferred<BR>* Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers<BR>* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers<BR>* Entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission environment<BR>* Proven ability to set and achieve goals<BR>* Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment<BR>* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment<BR>* High level of ownership, accountability and initiative<BR>* Proof of all required licensing by the state<BR><BR>Since 1901, Nordstrom has offered a wide variety of quality apparel, shoes and accessories for men, women and children at our stores across the country.
