 <td align="left">JOB DESCRIPTION: * This position is located in Camas, WA and is for one of the largest privately owned security guard companies * Control access to client property * Maintain logs * Check freight trucks into and out of area * Computerized scale operation to weigh incoming and outgoing chip trucks * Observe area of responsibility and report unusual activity * This position requires standing for long periods of time, can be as long as 12 hours * Successful candidate will display a high level of maturity and the ability to pay attention to detail, and must be able to interact with the public in a professional manner * Candidate must maintain military style grooming habits including no facial hair JOB REQUIREMENTS : Your resume must be targeted to the job description and requirements. * High school diploma/GED * Must be a minimum of 18 years old due to state licensing requirements * Must have or be willing to obtain after hire, a Washington State unarmed private security guard certification * Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel * Must have a reliable telephone and reliable transportation to get to and from jobs on short notice * Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen administered by employer HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: * Part time and on call positions available * Graveyard shift on Saturday and Sunday, 16 hours per week * On call shifts are pimarily weekends day and swing shift but flexibility is important * May also cover shifts during the week for vacations and sick days SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: * $9.04 per hour * No benefits CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE: * Open until filled or at the direction of the employer HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL: * Dress appropriately for an interview * Contact your nearest WorkSource Office in person.
