<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION: </b><BR>Full service hotel seeks On-Call Banquet Bartender with knowledge of wine and mixed drinks. This person will mix drinks, cocktails and bar beverages as ordered by guests in the lounge and restaurant. Will ensure that bar and all equipment is clean and in proper working condition. Will maintain bar inventory and stock beer, wine, and other beverage items. Will comply at all times with Hotel & Conference Center standards and perform all other duties as assigned by management.<BR><BR>b>JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b> <BR><li>Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts. <BR><li>Must be over 21 year with at least 1 full year of proven bartending experience. <BR><li>Must have a valid WA state alcohol serving permit.<BR><li>Must be knowledgeable of alcohol consumption laws in the state of WA.<BR><li>Must be able to mix common and exotic drinks.<BR><li>T.I.P.S. and first aid certification is required (must be obtained within four weeks of hire date).<BR><li>Ability to read, write and speak effectively to communicate with coworkers and customers. <BR><li>Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to ?multi-task.?<BR><li>Ability to work independently, and possess excellent people and communication skills. <BR><li>Must meet grooming standards, to include no visible tattoos.<BR><li>Must meet and exceed customer expectations. <BR><li>Must have a positive service oriented attitude toward our guests, our employees, and the hotel.<BR><BR><b>This position requires continuous standing, walking, reaching above the shoulder, bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting.</b><BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICAITONS :</b><BR><li>A food handling permit is beneficial. </li><BR><li>A bartending diploma is preferred. </li><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE: </b> <BR>Position is part-time and may vary due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry--averaging 20-30 hours per week.
