               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>Historic hotel seeks part-time Banquet Server to help establish and maintain smooth, efficient, ongoing service at banquet and meeting functions. The position requires strong attention to detail, tireless customer service skills and the ability to follow instructions efficiently. Specifically, the Server:<BR><li> Assists with setup of tables, chairs, linens, etc. for banquets and other functions.</li><BR> <li> Ensures proper food/beverage service to clients during the function.</li><BR><li> Ensures proper cleaning and storage of all equipment after function is completed.</li><BR><li> Maintains a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance, to include no visible tatoos (specific standards available).</li><BR><li> May be physically required to sit, stand, walk on various surfaces; crouch, kneel or crawl occasionally to pick up debris; twist constantly while serving guests and maneuvering though crowds and staff; reach overhead to stock supplies; serve at arms extension; and lift up to 50 lbs.</li><BR><li> Other duties as assigned .</li><BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS :</b><BR><li> Able to perform all the duties listed above.</li><BR><li> High school diploma or GED.</li><BR><li> Must have Food Handler's Permit, or the ability to obtain within the first 14 days.</li><BR><li> Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance and meet employer's professional grooming standards.</li><BR><li> Able to lift 50 lbs.</li><BR><li> Must have some prior work experience in the food industry (minimal).</li><BR><li> Able to adhere to company property and department safety standards and procedures.</li><BR><li> Able to handle cleaning chemicals.</li><BR><li> Able to operate equipment, tools, vehicles, Chair carts, dance floor, staging.</li><BR><li> In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.</li><BR><B><li> Employer will conduct a pre-employment background check and drug screen.</li></b><BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :</b><BR><li>        Availability to work days. </li><BR><li> Employer prefers applicants with hotel (food/beverage service) experience.</li><BR><li> Employer prefers applicants who have Washington Alcohol Handler's Permit, Class 13.</li><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>Part-time, hours vary depending on events scheduled, includes days, nights and weekends. Due to cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
