This position will support business banking relationship officers by providing services throughout the life cycle of a business banking client and provide management support of the client portfolio. This position will recognize sales opportunities by identifying clients? needs and will help in cross selling the appropriate needs bases services and products. In addition, this position will support the relationship officer(s) operationally, clerically, and analytically.<BR>This position is the hub that the loan request process revolves around with the primary tool being the Credit Quest software:<BR>?Communicates internal/external customer requirements and maintains high quality customer service standards.<BR>?Asses customer needs, recommends solutions that achieve business objectives and assists business banking officers and customer with implementation, with an emphasis on sales and client care.<BR>?Provides excellent customer service and sales skills with the motivation to succeed on a professional level.<BR>?Acts as the primary daily contact with Business Banking Clients and is the primary resource for problem solving and customer service for loan products.<BR>The Support Specialist will produce comprehensive and objective credit analysis of borrowers:<BR>?Reviews, spreads, and uses trend comparison of financial reports and data in order to assist the loan officer in making an informed credit decision.<BR>?Identifies potential risks of the credit using acceptable trend analysis generated by various tools, spreadsheets, and Financial Analyzer.<BR>?Clearly and concisely communicates such analysis to the loan officer and bank management in the form of loan write-ups and other such reports and determine the appropriate mitigation of such risks.<BR>The Support Specialist will also assist the loan officers in management of the loan portfolios:<BR>?Aids in the identification of problem credits, reviewing past due loan reports and suggesting a management plan to remedy them.<BR>?Takes the lead in managing operational issues of the loan portfolios by:<BR>?Pulling the loans maturing report.<BR>?Communicates to clients of their upcoming annual renewals.<BR>?Gathers and spreads financial data necessary to complete the renewals.<BR><BR>Role and Responsibilities:<BR>(E) Essential or (M) Marginal<BR>Provides customers with a variety of services pertaining to business, agricultural, commercial real estate and construction lines of credit by: (E)<BR>?Primary conduit between client of Busi                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
