Preference will be given to applicants with prior work history in healthcare.<BR><BR><b> JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><li> Must be passionate about caregiving and love working with seniors</li><BR><li> Must, MUST, have verifiable history of punctuality, energy, upbeat/positive attitude and politeness (supported by work references)</li><BR><li> MUST be able to work any DAY or NIGHT of the week </li><BR><li> CNA Certification (or equivalent) -OR- have Fundamentals of Care AND worked as a Caregiver during 2011</li><BR><li> CPR / First Aid Certification</li> <BR><li> Must be 18 years of age to fullfill state requirements.</li> <BR><li> High School Diploma / GED </li><BR><li> Strong English language skills (oral & written), to interact with elderly residents and co-workers   </li><BR><li> Good writing skills /spelling  </li><BR><li> Ability to lift and transfer patients as required </li><BR><BR><b>Employer will conduct PRE-EMPLOYMENT nationwide criminal background check</b><BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR><li> Prior work history in healthcare</li><BR><li> Have had Fundamentals of Caregiving; Mental Health; and Dementia classes</li><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b><BR>Part time position, with morning (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) and afternoon (4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) shifts available. 4 to 5 days per week, 20-29 hours per week, must be available any of the 7 days of the week.  Schedule to be discussed at interview.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS: </b> <BR>$9.50 or more per hour, Depending on Experience/Qualifications.  Benefits available after 6 months, even for part-time employees.
