               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>Full-Time Certified Caregiver (C.N.A.) needed for rehabilitation center. This position requires availability for all shifts to provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff; duties include but are not limited to feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients and changing linens.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><li> Must be 18 or older   </li> <BR><li> Must be certified in Washington State as NAC / CNA  </li> <BR><li> Ability to lift and maneuver up to 100 lbs (Hoyer lift used for some patients)  </li> <BR><BR><b>Employer will conduct extensive background check (in order to work among vulnerable persons, cannot have certain conviction history).  DRUG screen will be conducted.  </b><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>Will work 35 to 40 hours per week, evening shift.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  </b>  <BR>Starting hourly wage is $10.00 hr, higher Depending on Experience.
