               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>Full-Time CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANTS ( N.A.C. / C.N.A. ), needed for long-term care facility.  MUST BE CERTIFIED.  Will assist residents with transfer, feeding, dressing, bathing & general care, all other work as needed. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><li>Must be CERTIFIED nurse assistant with current and active certificate.  </li> <BR><li>Using Hoyer or Sarah lifts, must be able to lift and maneuver 150+ lbs to position/move residents </li><BR><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds</li><BR><li>Must be available to work any of the 7 nights of the week, according to schedule  </li><BR><b>Must be able to pass background check and drug screen prior to employment</b><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>This is a Full-Time position, 40 hours per week.  Evening Shifts, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Rotating Schedule, Must be available any of the 7 days of the weeks.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  </b>  <BR>Starting wage is $10.46 per hour; Evening shift has $0.50/hr differential pay.  Benefits available and will be discussed at interview. $1000.00 Hire on Bonus.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:  </b>  <BR>Recruitment will continue until position is filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL :</b><BR>Contact WorkSource in person to request a referral, application instructions and additional information.
