               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>General laborer needed for a fire and water restoration company. Will perform various tasks at residential and commercial sites throughout the Walla Walla Valley. Some sites might have suffered fire / water damage. May assist with demolition and construction; pack household contents in boxes and load into a secure moving van on-site; use soap / chemicals / water to wash walls, doors, floors, windows, appliances, furniture, cabinets, and other exposed surfaces; etc. Other related duties may be assigned.  Work environment dress code is casual.<BR><BR> <b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b><BR><li>Be 18+ years of age (to climb ladders, operate all equipment)  </li> <BR><li>MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and reliable personal vehicle to travel to job sites   </li> <BR><li>Ability to perform physical labor throughout the entire shift   </li> <BR><li>Must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with supervisor and co-workers </li> <BR><li>Able to lift at least 50 lbs.</li><BR><b>Employer will conduct background check -- must be bondable (no felony convictions related to theft, drugs or violent crime)</b><BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR><li>Painting experience would be a plus but not a requirement</li><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR> Will usually work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional weekends and evenings as required for special projects. <BR><BR><b>SALARY/ WAGE/ BENEFITS:  </b>  <BR>Starting wage is $9.50 to $10.50 per hour depending on experience/qualifications.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:  </b>  <BR>Immediate hiring need.
