Customer Service Representatives provide service via telephone to clients nationwide. Employer seeks candidates with a drive for results and demonstrate adaptability.  <b>Good attendance is critical to this position. </b><BR><BR>Employer wishes to stress stability of position: primary client company is well-established and requires </b>U.S.-based</b> customer service (no chance of job "going offshore").<BR><BR><b> JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b><BR><li> Previous customer-service experience (i.e.: retail sales, across-the-counter, call-center, etc.)</li><BR><li> Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions</li><BR><li> Ability to show up for work reliably and on time--demonstrated by past performance</li><BR><li> Basic computer/internet knowledge, keyboarding and navigation </li><BR><li> Able to type at least 20 wpm</li><BR><li> Must be able to attend 2-6 weeks of paid training. Training start times vary from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and last 8.5 hours (Monday through Friday)</li><BR><li> Must be available for all shifts (24/7 operation)</li><BR><li> High School Diploma, GED or student currently enrolled</li><BR><li> Listen, write and speak effectively -- English language</li><BR><li> Excellent customer service ("people") skills </li><BR><li> Must be able to pass criminal background check</li><BR><li> This is a drug-free workplace, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> <BR><BR><B>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  </B> <BR><li> Customer Service experience preferred  </li><BR><li> Employer strongly prefers candidates with a stable work history</li><BR><li> Knowledge of financial terminology is helpful</li><BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: </b><BR>Full time. Will work varying days and shifts to include late evenings, over nights, and weekends. <BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS: </b><BR>Starting wage is $9.75 per hour (plus 9% perfect attendance incentive per pay period, once training is complete, equals apox. $10.10 per hr.).
