<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION: </b><BR>Outgoing, personable individuals needed to conduct surveys working as part time Field Representatives in Walla Walla, WA. Interviewers collect data as required for current, on-going surveys and one-time surveys. Explain purpose of the survey, ask questions as worded on the questionnaire or survey instrument, and enter accurate and complete information into a laptop computer or survey forms. This person will maintain personal payroll records which reflect hours worked, miles driven, and reimbursement for travel if necessary. This an ideal job for a self-starter who is motivated and organized. Must be able to work full-time during the survey period, usually one or two weeks per month. Evening and weekend work is required; car and a telephone at home are required. Will conduct both personal & telephone interviews, and utilize a laptop computer. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b> <BR><li>Must be citizen of the U.S. and present proof of identity and employment eligibility.</li><BR><li>Must pass a basic skills test, successfully complete the structured interview session, and a mock interview which demonstrates ability to do the job. </li><BR><li>Must be 18 yrs of age or older to work required schedule. </li><BR><li>Must have High School diploma or equivalent. </li><BR><li>Must have 6 months general clerical/administrative experience or one year above high school to qualify for Level 3 pay, <BR>OR one year of general progressive administrative/clerical experience or 2 yrs above high school to qualify for Level 4 pay. </li><BR><li>Must have valid driverA?s license, insurance, & personal vehicle to drive to various residences. </li><BR><li>Must be able to speak, read and write effectively interview residents. </li><BR><BR><b>Must be able to pass background check</b><BR><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE: </b> <BR>This is a mixed tour work schedule which includes periods of full-time, part-time, and intermittent work. The basic tour of duty is intermittent (employees are assigned to work on an "as needed" bases), but whenever there is an increase or decrease in the workload, the work schedule may be changed.
