               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Major winery operation in South Benton County (Washington), approx. 20-30 minutes south of Tri-Cities seeks full-time Barrel/Cellar Workers (Grade II ). Work is conducted in a cold environment, working on concrete floors for long periods of time. Specifically, the Barrel/Cellar Workers will:<BR><li>Assist operators in setting up equipment and monitoring wine fermentation, pumping product to tanks and barrels, chemical additions and sanitations. </li><BR><li>Be responsible for various duties relating to the completion of work orders, safety checks, wine processes, reporting off standards, wash down and clean up, performing specified equipment maintenance and sanitizing work area. </li><BR><li>Notify lead of any inventory shortages and assist in month-end inventory. </li><BR><li>Operate forklift, shovel pumice, and maintain positive relationships--encouraging strong communication and teamwork. </li><BR><li>Possibly operate presses filters, other winery equipment and perform light mechanical duties as needed.</li><BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b><BR><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><BR><li>Must be at least 18 years of age--to work with hazardous chemicals</li><BR><li>Light mechanical skills </li><BR><li>Must be able to work shift work and extended hours during harvest time</li><BR><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><BR><li>Ability to follow work orders and written instructions</li><BR><li>Be able to communicate effectively (read, write, speak) to communicate with supervisors and co-workers </li><BR><li>Must be certified or able to be certified in forklift operation</li><BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>Minimum of one year experience in wine processing or related field/industry preferred<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>This is a Full-Time position, 40 plus hours per week, will work Monday to Thursday, schedule will either be 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. to <BR>2:30 a.m., Days and Schedule may vary.
