They also provide support for the salaried management with direct involvement in completing various tasks in operating the restaurant. This position is for those who like to lead and coach others in achieving goals. They enjoy serving and interacting with customers in a sometimes fast paced environment.Most of our current shift managers were crew, due to planned growth in the near furture, we have a need to fill several positions.
