Employer installs all roof types--applicant must have experience in multiple areas (metal, composition, TPO, shake, tile, etc.), including some supervisory experience. Company was built on reputation for attention to detail.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><b>All qualifications below are mandatory, and should be reflected in your application to be considered for referral :</b><BR><li>At least five years of experience.  </li><BR><li>One year experience in leading a team.</li><BR><li>One year experience in light framing.   </li><BR><li>Valid driver's license and own transportation to various work sites; good driving record, to operate company vehicles. </li><BR><li>Must have high school diploma/GED. </li><BR><li>Able to read construction plans.   </li><BR><li>Able to lift up to 90-100 lbs.   </li><BR><li>Must be able to work at heights.   </li><BR><li>Must have own tool belt and hand tools. </li><BR><li>Ability to work in various weather conditions.  </li><BR><li>Proven work ethic: able to show up on time and be dependable, honest and hardworking (supported by professional references). </li><BR><li>Able to speak effectively to communicate with employer and other workers (critical for workplace safety). </li><BR><li>Meet employer's professional grooming standards (to represent company when working with customers).</li><BR><li>Willing to sign waiver to allow unscheduled drug tests.</li><BR><li>Bondable (no felony convictions; theft, fraud, etc.).</li><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :</b><BR><li>Some college a plus.</li><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>This is a full-time position, 40 plus hours per week, Monday through Friday; Employer endeavors to work year-round, but there are inevitable slowdowns due to weather, etc. Normally works 4-10 hour shift<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  </b>  <BR>Starting wage is $18.00 per hour depending on experience/qualifications, with potential for productivity/quality related bonuses.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:  </b>  <BR>Recruitment will continue until position is filled.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL :</b><BR>Contact WorkSource in person to request a referral, application instructions and additional information.
