               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>Property Management Company seeks Maintenance person to do general interior and exterior maintenance duties on numerous properties including:  year round lawn care, some sprinkler system repair, minor plumbing, roof and gutter cleaning, hauling and painting, <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b> <BR><li>Must have 2 to 5 years general construction and maintenance knowledge.  </li><BR><li>High school diploma/GED. </li><BR><li>Must have the tools and equipment necessary for the work.  </li><BR><li>Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. </li><BR><li>Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation. </li><BR><BR><b>Employer will conduct background check and drug screening.</b><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>This is a part-time position, 8 to 10 hours per week and on-call as needed. Extended projects could add additional hours during suitable weather.  Days/schedule to be discussed at interview.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  </b>  <BR>Starting salary is $800.00 per month with additional compensation for extended projects.
