Position requires kneeling and stooping.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><li>Must have 24 months experience in maintenance/custodial work. </li><BR><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. </li><BR><li>Must be able to work at heights and have good balance. </li><BR><li>Must be a self-starter, motivated, and responsible. </li><BR><li>High school diploma/GED.</li><BR><BR><b>Employer will conduct background check</b><BR><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>This is a part to full time position, 24 to 40 hours per week, Must be available all of the 7 days of the week. Must be able to work nights, days/schedule to be discussed at interview<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  </b>  <BR>Starting wage is $9.50 to $11.00 per hour.
