               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><BR>The Marketing/Media department at Walla Walla Community College is looking for a Media Program Assistant to organize and perform work related to media operations independent of the daily administrative office needs of the supervisor. Coordinate arrangements for media activities such as appointments, meetings, and conferences. Perform clerical duties is in support of photo permissions, archiving and cataloging of digital video. .<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b><BR><li>Must be Walla Walla Community College student enrolled for six (6) or more college level credits</li><BR><li>Eligible for Federal Work Study funding (verify eligibility with Office of Financial Aid--must have attended Work Study orientation)</li><BR><li>Work experience demonstrating operational organization skills such as cashier, secretary, stocking, job runner, and/or office assistant. </li><BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :</b><BR><li>Work or education in photography, video or graphics desirable.</li><BR><BR><b>HOURS /DAYS/ SCHEDULE: </b><BR>Two (2) hours per day, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., flexible around student schedule.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS: </b><BR>Starting wage is $9.04 per hour.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE: </b> <BR>Recruitment will continue until position is filled.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL: </b> <BR>Contact the WWCC Career & Employment Services Center (CESC), a WorkSource Affiliate Office, to request a referral, application instructions and additional information.<BR><BR>Submission of application materials does not guarantee a referral and disclosure of employer information.
