Will work in school kitchen to help prepare and/or serve food. Duties include:<BR><li>Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans;</li><BR><li>Supervise student workers during lunch-time;</li><BR><li>Clean dish area;</li><BR><li>Assist in the serving of meals;</li><BR><li>Perform duties of cook in his/her absence;</li><BR><li>Assist in completion of records and reports;</li><BR><li>Perform related duties as required;</li><BR><li>Maintain professional attitude and appearance in the work place.</li><BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b><BR><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><BR><li>Record of dependability, good attendance and compatibility with co-workers.</li><BR><li>Possess a State of Washington Food and Beverage Service Worker's Permit issued by the Walla Walla County-City Health Department.</li><BR><li>Ability to perform duties requiring moderate to heavy physical exertion.</li> <BR><li>Accurate record keeping skills.</li><BR><li>Must be able to meet employer grooming standards.</li><BR><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><BR><BR><b>All new hires are conditional upon passing a Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint screening examination, background check and driving abstract check..</b><BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><BR><li>previous food service experience a plus (not fast food)</li><BR><li>English/Spanish Bilingual Skills</li><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE</b><BR>This is a substitute position; hours will vary depending on necessity.
