               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>Substitute School Bus Driver is needed for local school district to operate school bus under all types of weather conditions including but not limited to fog, rain, hail, sleet, snow and ice.  Transport students and other authorized persons on regular "to and from" school routes, field trips, extra-curricular and / or special activity trips as authorized by the school district officials and communicate professionally with all persons involved.  Establish and maintain effective positive relationships with staff, students and community groups. The driver will:<BR><li> Drive on scheduled route both within and outside school district boundaries</li><BR><li> Inspect and clean bus and related equipment</li><BR><li> Maintain control of student passengers as related to safety</li><BR><li> Complete forms, records, and reports as required by state or local district policies</li><BR><li> Perform required operational and safety inspections of the school bus and all related equipment</li><BR><li> Operate all had and foot controls</li><BR><li> Perform basic first aid as appropriate</li><BR><li> Comply with drug and alcohol testing requirements</li><BR><li> Be a role model for students and interact positively</li><BR><li> Maintain positive atmosphere on the school bus</li><BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><li> Class B CDL  with passenger endorsement</li><BR><li> Obtain first aid card</li><BR><li> High School Diploma or GED</li><BR><li> Must be minimum of 21 years of age</li>  <BR><BR><b>All new hires are conditional upon passing a Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint screening examination, background check and driving abstract check.</b><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE</b><BR>This is a substitute position; hours will vary depending on necessity.
