               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Dutch Harbor, Alaska seafood processor needs men and women to work at a land-based processing plant starting January, 2013.  Workers cut, gut, clean, and grade a variety of seafood products. Season begins January, 2013 and contract runs through May, 2013 (5 months). Employer provides free transportation from Seattle and free dormitory-style housing and cafeteria meals on eligibility. Protective gear is also provided at no cost. Primary role is offloading, processing, storage, and shipping of seafood. Will operate equipment while maintaining safe, efficient production and uniform product quality.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR><li> Minimum of 18 years of age to use all equipment, work all hours.</li><BR><li> Proof of authorization to work in the United States must be presented upon hire.</li><BR><li> Physically able to stand and work for shifts of up to 16 hours of repetitive motion. </li><BR><li> Tolerance to work in cold, wet and humid conditions. </li><BR><li> Ability to take direction and follow safety rules given in English. </li><BR><li> Able to pass a drug test.</li><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE :</b><BR>Schedules will vary. Many opportunities for overtime work.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS :</b><BR>Starting hourly rate in Alaska is $7.75 per hour with overtime paid at $11.62 per hour.  All hours worked in excess of 8 straight time hours per day will be paid at the overtime rate of 1.5 times the base pay rate. Overtime opportunities and opportunities for advancement available.
