               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>Part-time temporary bagger / seed mill worker is needed for local employer.  This is VERY PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORK.  Will hang empty bags to be filled and bag seed products (garbanzo beans and peas). These bags weigh approx 100 pounds and will be lifted and moved repeatedly throughout the day, on rotational basis. Other rotating duties are to sew full bags with machine stitcher and place full, heavy bags on pallets using your legs to maneuver them. Will also operate forklift and clean / sweep the work area.  <B><BR><BR>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><li>Must be at least 18 years of age (to operate all machinery/equipment)</li><BR><li>PHYSICAL ability and strength to lift more than 100 POUNDS repeatedly, and to stand most of the day</li><BR><li>Must be able to pass randomly-administered drug test (drug-free workplace)</li><b><BR><BR>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  </b>  <BR><li>High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, but not required</li><BR><li>Experience operating a forklift desired, but not required</li><BR><li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus</li><b><BR><BR>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>This is a part-time temporary position, will last approximately until the end of February, will four (4) to six (6) hours per day, mostly mornings, Monday to Friday (possible Saturday work), business is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<b><BR><BR>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  </b>  <BR>Starting wage is $10.00 per hour. <b><BR><BR>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:  </b>  <BR>IMMEDIATE NEED!
