               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>Auto Parts manufacturer in Athena, Oregon seeks a full time Technical Support Specialist. Duties include providing technical support to customers who have questions about potential purchases or who have installation issues; assisting the sales staff with order entry and invoicing; assisting the exhaust design team with prototype production and vehicle fitment. Candidate will provide customer service support including answering phones, and locating invoices and shipping data at customers request. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers to solve technical support problems over the phone.  Candidate also has good mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with automotive exhaust systems; looking for someone who thrives on attention to detail and accurate data entry.  <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><li>High School diploma or GED</li><BR><li>Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and working knowledge of MS Outlook</li><BR><li>Must be accurate in data entry process </li><BR><li>Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. and be able to lift 20 lbs. overhead for installation</li><BR><li>Must have demonstrated ability to multi-task</li><BR><li>Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test</li><BR><li>Must have work history that demonstrates reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness</li><BR><li>Must have proven communications skills</li><BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  </b>  <BR><li>Prior data entry and customer service experience</li><BR><li>Automotive parts and services knowledge</li><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>Full time, 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Overtime occasionally.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  </b>  <BR>Wage starts at $8.80 hr or higher depending on experience and qualifications.
