               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>Local retirement facility needs experienced part-time Wait staff to serve pampered guests. Will take orders and serve food and beverages to large numbers of people in dining establishment that is open to the public three meals a day. The facility and near-vicinity are non-smoking areas.<BR><BR><b> JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><li> At least one (1) month previous restaurant wait staff experience (full-service--NOT fast-food) </li> <BR><li> Must adhere to employer's professional grooming standards</li> <BR><li> Have current Food Handler's card, or be able to obtain within first month of employment (now available online for $10) </li> <BR><li> Have or willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within two weeks of hire. Employer will cover cost</li><BR><li> Must be reliable and dependable, as shown by stable job history or strong references</li> <BR><li> Have a strong desire to make the people you serve happy</li><BR><li> Must be patient and understanding with elderly people and people with special needs</li><BR><li> Able to work all seven days of the week; nights and weekends</li><BR><li> MUST be able to work day shift, starting at 11 a.m.</li><BR><BR><b>Employer will conduct pre-employment criminal background check (zero tolerance)</b><BR><BR><B>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>This is a part-time position, MUST be available all 7 days of the week for ALL shifts.  Schedule to be discussed at interview.<BR><BR><b>WAGE/ SALARY / BENEFITS:  </b>  <BR>Starting wage is $9.04 per hour depending on experience/qualifications.
