               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>Local bank seeks Wealth Management Executive Assistant (Trust Assistant) (Level/Salary Range:9) to perform general administrative assistance to the Wealth Management Division Manager and one or more other Financial Advisors/Trust Officers. Customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment and prioritizes work load accordingly. Maintains administration and relationship management for all accounts in Trust Officer's absence.  Assumes responsibility for the administration, sales development, and relationship management of selected trust, agency, estate and guardianship accounts. <BR>Understands and complies with standard department practices of risk management, regulatory requirements, general trust policies and sufficiency of documentation.   The Trust Assistant will: <BR><BR><li>Assume responsibility for the orderly and efficient administration of all assigned accounts.</li><BR><li>Work independently on various account and client matters, many of which are confidential and complex in nature. </li><BR><li>Performs a variety of services related to the administration and relationship management of their own or the Administrative Team's clientele. </li><BR><li>Assume responsibility for carrying out tasks, many of which may be confidential or complex in nature. </li><BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><li>Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><BR><li>Ability and desire to learn and grow in the Wealth Management profession. </li><BR><li>Ability to apply logic and reason when carrying out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. </li><li>Ability to understand and interpret complex trust accounting statements. </li><BR><li>Basic knowledge of a variety of trust related terms and agreements as well as Trust Statutes: </li><BR><li>Ability and willingness to interact with various professionals in the community such as attorneys, accountants, etc. on behalf of our clients. </li><BR><li>Basic knowledge of fee schedules and how they apply to different types of trust related accounts. </li><BR><li>Extensive knowledge of Charlotte, Synapsys, Investors View, Investment Scorecard. </li><BR><li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. </li><BR>Must be able to have courteous contact with the public on the phone and in person. </li><BR><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer proficiently and with accuracy. </li><BR><li>Willingness to take initiative and to work independently. </li><BR><li>Ability to organize and prioritize work, good time management skills. </li><BR><li>Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with coworkers and clients. </li><BR><li>Knowledge of banking policies and procedures. </li><BR><li>Valid Driver License required. </li><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>Full time, hours per week; days/schedule to be discussed at interview<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  </b> <BR>Minimum starting wage is $15.19 per hour <BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:  </b>  <BR>Recruitment will continue until: Monday, October 29, 2012 at 5:00 p.m .<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL :</b><BR>Contact WorkSource in person to request a referral, application instructions and additional information.
