Customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment and prioritizes work load accordingly. Maintains administration and relationship management for all accounts in Trust Officer?s absence.<BR>Assumes responsibility for the administration, sales development, and relationship management of selected trust, agency, estate and guardianship accounts.<BR>Understands and complies with standard department practices of risk management, regulatory requirements, general trust policies and sufficiency of documentation.<BR>Role and Responsibilities:<BR>(E) Essential or (M) Marginal<BR>?Assumes responsibility for the orderly and efficient administration of all assigned accounts maintaining standards as follows: (E)<BR>oUnderstand and comply with standard department practices of risk management, regulatory requirements, general trust policies and sufficiency of documentation.<BR>oAnalyzing and interpreting, with the aid of counsel or a trust officer when appropriate, legal instruments to determine the duties and responsibilities of the Bank and risks associated therewith.<BR>oRepresenting Bank in contact with customers, co-trustees, attorneys, accountants, or others who have an interest in an account being administered by the Bank.<BR>oConferring, on a timely basis, with principals, wards, beneficiaries, and others regarding trust matters and determining necessary actions to insure effective administration of those accounts.<BR>?Works independently on various account and client matters, many of which are confidential and complex in nature. Completes entire task or project independently when requested. Analyzes data and draws conclusions, making recommendations to a Financial Advisor when appropriate. (E)<BR>oReviews accounts on a daily basis for correctness and activity required, including initiating and recommending cash management and trade activity.<BR>oOpening and closing accounts per trust procedures within the allotted time schedules. Working through the complex duties and steps required to successfully move assets, calculate and collect appropriate fees and manage the many steps of this process.<BR>oPrepare annual account reviews with accuracy and attention to detail, including the client review, the Administrative review and the OCC required Reg 9 reviews in Investors View.<BR>oAssumes responsibility for completion of various team projects an                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    </font></td>
