Carry out successful sales and marketing strategies based on company sales objectives. Must be able to work in a high energy, entrepreneurial environment.<BR><BR><BR>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<BR>* Conducts market research and prospects to obtain new customers.<BR>* Manage existing pillar accounts as well as implementing plans that promote new business growth<BR>* Research marketing and trade show opportunities that give Amtech the best ROI<BR>* Must have excellent communication skills.<BR>* Provide insight on product enhancements/changes to engineering dept<BR>* Provide accurate quarterly forecasts to purchasing and production departments.<BR>* Provide accurate quarterly forecasts to senior management team<BR>* Travel to visit high profile accounts and dealers<BR>* Effectively communicate with all other departments and Senior Management Team.<BR>* Understand and have real time knowledge of margins and their impact to bottom line<BR>* Develop partnership relationship with customers that lead to account retention and growth<BR>* Develop and meet sales and budget forecasts<BR><BR><BR>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<BR>* Four year college degree or equivalent market experience.<BR>* Proven sales and marketing track record.<BR>* Marketing Degree a plus<BR><BR><BR>JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES<BR>* Strong sales and management background.<BR>* Computer literate with sales and marketing software and applications. (ACT, MS-Word, Excel, Power Point)<BR>* Team player with excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mind-set<BR>* Accomplished skill set in all aspects of sales, marketing, and bottom line oriented performance<BR>* Awareness of Quality policies and location of quality manuals.<BR><BR><BR>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>* None<BR><BR><BR>PHYSICAL DEMANDS<BR>* Must be willing to travel extensively during certain times of the year and travel overnight and some extended stays<BR>* Willing to work on the floor at customer facilities to develop relationships and understand their business model and culture<BR><BR><BR>WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT<BR>* Must be able to thrive in a high energy, entrepreneurial working environment where integrity and results are expected in all aspects of the job. </font></td>
