               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">POSITION SUMMARY<BR><BR>Maintain buildings and equipment, perform renovations and construct additions.  Schedule and oversee all contracted equipment and building service in conjunction with Plant Manager.  Perform weekly inspections of facility with respect to local, state, federal regulations and document inspections.<BR><BR><BR>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<BR><BR>• Attendance -- Report to work as scheduled without tardiness, leaving early or absence, unless arranged for in advance with supervisor.<BR><BR>• Maintenance and repair of Amtech facility.   Maintenance and repairs to be done in a timely manner to ensure continual production throughout the facility, in accordance with SOP’s and State/Federal regulations.<BR><BR>• Perform weekly inspections of Amtech facility and document inspection with respect to local, state, federal regulations and maintain building maintenance logs and records.  In accordance with maintenance program and environmental regulations. <BR><BR>• Keep area clean and organized.  Work areas to be neat and clean at all times, providing a safe work environment. <BR><BR>• Follow all Environmental Regulations and Safety Rules, promote safety practices and bring all unsafe conditions to the attention of Plant Manager for resolution.  Work is performed in accordance with state and federal safety and environmental regulations to maintain compliance at all times.<BR><BR>• All other duties as assigned.  <BR>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<BR><BR>Minimum 2 yrs. experience in building maintenance<BR>Construction Knowledge<BR>Knowledgeable in WISHA, OAPCA and DOE Regulations <BR>Must be knowledgeable in electrical and welding<BR><BR><BR>JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES<BR><BR>Hazardous Material Handling<BR>Right to Know, MSDS<BR>Understanding and following Safety Procedures<BR>Housekeeping<BR>Handling and Maintenance of Tools<BR>Awareness of Quality Policies and location of Quality manuals<BR><BR>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES<BR><BR>None<BR>PHYSICAL DEMANDS<BR><BR>Ability to perform work in awkward positions, climbing, crouching, bending, kneeling, squatting.<BR>Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.<BR>Good eyesight required<BR>Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required.<BR><BR>WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT<BR><BR>Heated, non-air-conditioned production environment with exposure to noises, dust and chemicals.  Building is one-story with uneven flooring.<BR>Work involves the use of chemicals.<BR>Repetitive wrist/arm motion for extended periods of time.</font></td>
