               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">VP Exempt Non Exclusive<BR><BR>                       <b> HASH BROWN (HB) PACKAGING LEAD, WARDEN,  FT </b><BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Lamb Weston / BSW in Warden seeks to fill HASH BROWN (HB) PACKAGING LEAD position.<BR><BR>Job Description: <BR>* Trains and monitors individuals in packaging and insures product quality is monitored.  <BR>* Ensures all line tests are in compliance with established procedures, specifications and instructions.  <BR>* Ensures Line Operators/Attendants are trained to perform and understand the processes and procedures necessary to produce the highest quality products.  <BR>* Do periodic evaluations of Operators/Attendants.  <BR>* Ensures machines are properly set up for product and case to be run.  <BR>* Responsible for the sanitation and organization of packaging area.  <BR>* Performs other functions as directed.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>*** APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE AND WILLING TO WORK ANY SHIFT,  DEPENDING ON PRODUCTION NEEDS ***<BR>* High school diploma , GED or equivalent.<BR>* Must maintain a good attendance record.  <BR>* Must be able to communicate well in English in both written and oral form.  <BR>* Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using a calculator.  <BR>* Must be able to work in all environments.  <BR>* Knowledge of the operations for which the applicant is being considered.  <BR>* Must be able to safely use chemicals required for cleaning.  <BR>* Must have basic mechanical ability.  <BR>* Must be able to stand for long periods of time. <BR>* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.  <BR>* Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.   <BR>* Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.  <BR>* Must work safely. <BR>* Will also be responsible for following company policies and procedures.<BR>*** APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE AND WILLING TO WORK ANY SHIFT DEPENDING ON PRODUCTION NEEDS ***<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Working Day shift, but must be able to work all days / shifts to support a 24/7 operation.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>* Processing and Supervisory experience<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>$17.10 to $18.40 hourly / per hour / Depending On Experience & Qualifications<BR> <BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b> <BR>OPEN UNTIL FILLED (Employer reserves the right to close at any-time, based on quality of applicants.) <BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>Requires completion of Company Application at  WorkSource.<BR><BR><b>For specific application instructions, you must contact your local WorkSource office directly.
