<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Physician<BR>Department: Internal Medicine/Physicians<BR>Schedule: Full-time; exempt<BR>Shift: Variable Days<BR>Hours: <BR>Hours/PP: 80<BR>Salary: <BR>Job Details: <BR>* Completion of Accredited Program is required<BR>* Licensure Required<BR>* <BR>GENERAL FUNCTIONS:<BR>Physician shall devote exclusive efforts to the practice of medicine as an employee of the Hospital by providing professional medical services within the scope of Physician''s training and responsibility, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Hospital policies, procedures and protocols, within a chosen medical specialty.<BR>Physician''s services shall include; office visits and telephone consultation at the Practice, as well as clinical services to patients in other settings such as the patient''s home, extended care facilities, and hospitals'' provision of charity care in accordance with the Hospital charity care policy; and participation with the other Practice Physicians in providing call coverage.<BR>In addition to rendering care to patients, Physician shall participate in governance of the organized medical staff of the Hospital and perform such administrative duties as may be necessary or desirable to assure the efficient operation of the Practice. Participate in utilization review, quality assurance, physician profiling systems, and other programs relating to the quality and efficiency of total patient care.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>* Possess an unlimited license to practice medicine in the State of Washington;<BR>* Satisfy qualifications for insurability under the professional liability policy or policies at standard<BR>industry rates for the particular specialty practiced by Physician;<BR>* Posses an unrestricted right to prescribe controlled substances and medication;<BR>* Be eligible for membership on the Medical Staff of Central Washington Hospital;<BR>* Board Certified/Board Eligible in chosen medical specialty. </font></td>
