               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">RECOVERY SPECIALIST- OPPORTUNITY SERVICES<BR><BR><B>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>-Uses Recovery Coaching to maximize the opportunity to create recovery partnerships and recovery environment.<BR>-Provides coaching and support to other members of the team.<BR>-Promotes a No-Force-First environment that supports the Recovery Pathways.<BR>-Provide short-term recovery-oriented therapeutic counseling.<BR>-Partner with other provider agencies in the coordination of care to help participants achieve wellness, including the completion of recovery-oriented discharge/ accomplishing plan.<BR>-Advocates for the needs and rights of every person.<BR>-Works in collaboration with the leadership team to support the day-to-day operations of the Wellness City (by assignment).<BR>-Serves as a navigator of services for guests by creating a recovery opportunity for everyone.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR><U>WorkSource will refer applicants to the employer who meet the following qualifications.  These qualifications must be addressed specifically in the application materials.</U><BR><BR>-Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.<BR>-Designated as a Mental Health Professional in accordance with WAC.<BR>-Must have designation as a DMHP or ability to obtain designation<BR>-Two years post degree experience providing psychosocial/mental health services and/or crisis intervention services in a mental health setting.<BR><BR><U>In addition, the employer will provide further screening for the following:</U><BR><BR>-Current Healthcare provider CPR and First Aid Certifications.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>-Full time/40 hours per week.  Rotating days 7:00 am-7:30 pm or 7:30 pm-7:00 am.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b>  <BR>-Competitive salary based on education and experience.<BR>-Full time employee benefits.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>-This position is open until filled or advised by employer.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>For a referral to this position, contact your nearest WorkSource office with this job order number.  A company application, targeted resume and cover letter are required to apply for this position.  These documents must specifically address all qualifications required. <BR><BR>For resume help:   www.tinyurl.com/findresumehelp<BR><BR>For cover letter help:  www.tinyurl.com/findcoverhelp<BR></font></td>
