Works with all levels of organizational staff to gather report requirements and deliver desired information.<BR><BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<BR>?    Coordinate and develop operational and analytical reports for the enterprise and end users<BR>?    Ensure that all reports are developed using established standards and architecture based on business requirements and/or design documents<BR>?    Function as a member of a multi-disciplinary and multi-departmental team that develops technical policies, procedures, and documentation<BR>?    Perform report design, creation, and maintenance, and configure vendor software and reporting environments<BR>?    Function as a technical resource, escalating issues and problems as necessary to management and/or vendor<BR>?    Assist individuals requesting reports in defining requirements to achieve desired outcomes<BR>?    Assist in development of reporting standards and processes<BR>?    Educate and train users as needed in interpreting reports, limitations of available data or the information needed to facilitate developing reports<BR>?    Prioritizes report requests and communicates status as needed<BR>?    Work closely within a support team and strive to deliver assigned tasks on time<BR>?    Participate in system design process<BR>?    Participate as part of a support team to ensure adequate testing and validation is completed as related to assigned area to support implementation and upgrades<BR>?    Work with Epic staff as needed to resolve issues and address user concerns<BR>?    Adhere to all implementation requirements as per project plans/specifications<BR>?    Identify, recommend, create and perform maintenances standards and activities associated with assigned area<BR><BR><BR>NOTE:This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that may be necessary.<BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>Education:<BR>?    Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience<BR><BR>Experience:<BR>?    Three years retrieving/mining data and turning that into useful informative reports in support of business needs or requests<BR>?    Working with all levels of end users to gather requirements, inform/set expectations and deliver information<BR>?    With complex data structures and understanding methods and limitations in retrieving data from various sources<BR>?    With SQL commands and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports<BR>?    Designing, testing and validating reports and methods for ensuring accuracy<BR><BR><BR>Certifi                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        </font></td>
